What you type into this site

The trip planner and contact planner ask for dates, numbers of travellers, pickup areas, destinations and notes. Please don't enter passport or payment details.

These details are processed only in your browser while the page is open. They are not sent to a server run by this site, not saved in cookies or browser storage, and are cleared when you reload or close the page. The only thing the site keeps in your browser is your scroll position on pages you've visited, for the current tab, so the back button returns you to the same place.

When you contact Nas

Choosing "Send request to Nas" on the review page sends your name, email address and trip details to Nas by email, through this site's email service, and you receive a copy. The details are not stored on this site's server.

Choosing WhatsApp opens an external link containing your prepared trip text. Opening it passes that text to WhatsApp (Meta), even if you do not send the message. Choosing email passes the prepared text to your email app. Nas receives your request only after you send the message yourself. These services handle the information under their own privacy terms.

Nas uses your message to reply and plan your trip.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Lovable's platform, which runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, the hosting infrastructure receives technical request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may keep it in server logs under the provider's own policies.

If a page fails to load properly, an error report about the failure may be sent to the hosting platform so it can be fixed.

The hosting platform adds its own visitor statistics script to published pages. It records page visits and uses a session identifier. The trip planner on this site does not pass your trip details to it. This site adds no advertising trackers or social media embeds, and fonts are served from this site itself.
